House Bill 7095
I was proud to support House Bill 7095 which will help stop prescription drug abuse. This bill successfully passed the legislature and will help to reduce the incidence of prescription drug abuse while allowing those who legitimately need pain medications to get them. It also imposes penalties for doctors who over-prescribe addictive drugs.
